DURING HOLIDAY SEASON (OCTOBER-January) SHIPPING WILL BE DELAYED, WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. 

Thanks for your purchase! We strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers. We do not allow refunds on any wigs, wig rehab services, bundles, closures, frontals, or wig rehab products once’s received by the customer; however, we will fix any issues if you were sent the wrong color, size, texture, length, or product. A correction request must be submitted to sales@jrenahair.com within 3 days of receiving the product after 3 days your request will be denied. All correction items must be in new unaltered condition, hair that has been cut, shampooed, and conditioned, lace cut, damaged, dyed, knots bleached, plucked, etc. will not be accepted. To receive corrections the item must be placed in its original packaging with your proof of purchase (package slip or order number). If your item has not been sent back within 7 days of sending a correction request it will automatically be denied for corrections. Shipping costs for corrections will be reimbursed. Corrections sent back via USPS First Class and USPS Priority will receive a shipping refund if any other shipping services or shipping speeds are used you will not receive a refund.

Build-a-Wig All Build-a-Wig services are final sales for sanitation purposes. We will not allow any refunds or exchanges. However, we will fix any issues if you were sent the wrong color, size, texture, length, lace type, or style.

Ready to ship wigs/affordable wigs No Refunds, no exchanges, no size adjustments, and no color or style changes on Ready to ship wigs or affordable wigs be sure to review the wig size before your purchase.

Wig Rehab

All Rehab services must be paid in full before your order start processing once an order begins processing no changes can be made during that time such as; color change, cut, and or styling. Wig Consultations All invoices must be paid within 2 weeks of notification delivery, after 2 weeks your order will be canceled, a refund will be issued minus any booking fees and your order will be shipped back. If additional services were purchased along with the wig consultation those services will be performed.  If we do not receive your Wig Rehab order within 3 weeks of your purchase your order will be canceled and refunded minus the booking fee. Consultation fees and Booking fees are nonrefundable.  
We accept Straight, Bodywave, Loosewave, deep wave, curly, kinky curly, and kinky straight Human Hair ONLY. We do not accept synthetic, braided, dreaded, or twisted wigs.

Shipping 
We recommend that you purchase insurance on all Wig Rehabs that are being shipped to us and we recommend using a trackable shipping service such as USPS FIRST CLASS or USPS PRIORITY (NO EXPRESS SHIPPING or other shipping service).  We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping. Although we’d love for all of our customers to receive their orders from USPS services sometimes that doesn’t happen, there for all products come insured with your order total being the claim amount. If your package is lost during transit contact us via email and notify the shipping service your package is being handled by.
