Shipping policy

At J.Rena LLC our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order processing time varies based on the availability of the item ordered. For in stock, non-custom items we will process and ship the item within two business days of the order date. Ready to ship wigs and hair products will be processed and available to ship within 7-10 days of the purchase date.  Build a wig and Wig Rehab services will be prepared and ready to ship within 4-6 weeks of the purchase date. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10-30 business days. US orders are shipped by US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
