Great Customer Service

The customer service was great! The post office lost my package, then found my package. It took over a month for my package to reach Jaren’s, no faults to her. My unit however… my unit had a high quality HD closure, however due to normal wear the closure needed to be replaced. I purchased a closure directly from JRena and she also installed. The knots were over bleached. Instead of it being a skin tone color, the area where my hair is parted looks blonde. The closure will need to be replaced as it’s not wearable, for me. It does not look natural.

Great Customer Service
